The App is a patient convenience application designed to help patients manage healthcare-related information associated with DR P HIRA INC. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

2. Information You Choose to Enter

You may voluntarily enter information such as your name, file number, date of birth, medications, family member details and other healthcare-related information.

3. No Accounts or Registration

The App does not require registration, login, usernames, passwords, email addresses or cloud accounts.

4. Local Storage Only

All information entered into the App is stored locally on your own device. DR P HIRA INC does not automatically receive, upload, synchronise or store the information you enter.

Because we do not possess a copy of your App data, we cannot view it remotely, recover it if lost, or restore it if deleted.

5. No Synchronisation With Our Practice Software

No information entered into the App is automatically transmitted to our electronic medical record system or practice software. The App operates independently of our clinical systems.

6. Official Medical Records

Medical records maintained by DR P HIRA INC are collected directly from patients during consultations and healthcare services, not from the App. These records are retained in accordance with applicable healthcare laws and professional obligations.

7. Technical Information

The App may collect limited anonymous technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version and crash diagnostics to improve reliability. This does not include the personal information stored in the App.

8. Permissions

If certain features are used, the App may request access to your camera for barcode/QR scanning or image capture and permission to send notifications. These permissions are optional and can be revoked through your device settings.

9. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not intentionally collect or transmit your consultation notes, diagnoses, prescriptions, contacts, emails, financial information, location data, or advertising identifiers for targeted advertising.

10. Your Control Over Your Data

You remain in complete control of your App data. You may edit or delete information within the App, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App at any time. Since DR P HIRA INC does not store your App data, we cannot delete or recover it on your behalf.

11. Security

We encourage users to protect their devices with a passcode or biometric authentication and to keep their operating system updated. Although reasonable measures are taken to provide a secure application, no device or software can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Children

Parents or legal guardians may use the App to manage information relating to their dependants and remain responsible for information entered on behalf of minors.

13. Third-Party Services

The App may use trusted third-party providers for crash reporting and technical diagnostics. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information for advertising or marketing purposes.
